Annual Summer Picnic '07

This is a reminder for the upcoming Annual Summer Picnic on Saturday, August 18, 2007 at the Lake Harris Park.
This is the same venue for last year's picnic. You, your family and friends are cordially invited to enjoy
delectable cookout, outdoor sports, and fun activities for the whole family. We are expecting your continued
participation and generous support towards prizes/gifts to make this picnic also a one to remember.

Fees:
- $8/person, $25/family (of four and above)
- Free for children of age 10 or under
Menu:
Beef burger, hot dog, grilled chicken, pita bread, chips, drinks, and water melons
Highlights:
- 11:00 a.m.: Registration and Fee Collection
- 12:30 - 2:00 p.m: Lunch
- 2:00 - 3:00: Kids fun activities - dress as you like
- 3:00 - 4:30: Volleyball, Football, and Badminton
- 4:30 - 5:00: Women's musical chair
- 5:00 - 5:30: Raffle draw and prize distribution
Directions to Harris Lake:
From Raleigh/Cary/Apex:
Take Hwy US1 South through Cary and Apex. Take the New Hill exit (Exit 89) off Hwy US1. At the top of the ramp, turn left onto New Hill-Holleman Road and go approximately 3 miles and the park entrance will be on your right.
From Fuquay-Varina/Holly Springs:
Off Hwy 55 take Avent Ferry Road away from downtown Holly Springs. Go approximately 5 miles to New Hill-Holleman Rd (landmark- large white house on corner). Take a right on New Hill- Holleman Road, cross over Harris Lake and the park entrance will be on your left.
