Eid-ul-Adha Celebration '07
Dear Community Members and Friends:
On behalf of the 2007 Executive Council members, we once again wish you a very happy and prosperous new year. Please click here for the invitation card with details on Eid-ul-Adha, Victory day, and New year celebration program on Saturday, January 27, 2007.
Please make every effort to be on Time. We expect to start dinner by 5:50 and must finish by 7:00 pm.
We have three guest artists and we plan to start cultural program on time.
- Reenat Samira Hasan (Pinky):
- Graduated from Bulbul Lalitakola Academy of Fine Arts (BAFA) with major in Classical (Kathak) and Folk dance.
- She also earned BS in Biotechnology in Dec 2006 from Kean University, New Jersey
- M. A. Shoeb: renowned radio, television, and film playback singer.
- He sang about 500 songs in music/film industry with a total of 12 solo and duet albums.
- Few popular songs -- " Aaj theke baroti bochor", "Africa", "Maa tor lokkho chele" and many more …
- Saifullah Shoeb: Introducing son of M.A. Shoeb
- He sings in Bangla and Hindi, and performed in CA, AZ, NY, GA (at FOBANA), and other places.
- We are also planning an exciting program with our excellent local artists.

From I-40: Take Exit 289, take/Fork onto Raleigh-Chapel Hill Expressway toward Raleigh North. Take EDWARDS MILL RD exit toward US-70 (go 2.5 miles), and arrive at 3808 Edwards Mill Rd.
